Connect Tailed to supported university job portals with your employer credentials. Tailed automatically pulls in new job postings and applicants on a regular schedule — no manual CSV exports required.
Supported platforms include: ETS (École de technologie supérieure), Polytechnique Montréal, Concordia University, and more.
👤 Candidate database
Every applicant from every connected portal lands in your organization's candidate database. Profiles include:
- Contact information
- University, program, and expected graduation year
- Uploaded resume and cover letter
- Application history (which jobs they applied to, and when)
- Your team's notes and evaluation scores
Candidates are never duplicated — if the same person applies to two jobs, you see one profile with both applications.
📋 Hiring pipeline (Kanban board)
Drag candidates through stages like Applied → Screening → Interview → Offer → Hired. Your whole team sees the same board in real time. Each stage transition is logged so you always have a complete history.
